Columbia University Holiday Calendar 2025. Updated calendar information is also available from the registrar's office. The academic year for the graduate school of arts and sciences starts at the beginning of the fall term and continues through the end of the summer term.

Please note that classes and exams missed for travel are not excused. Registration for summer term and autumn term begins for new students.
